Join Us for the Annual General Meeting!
Kia ora, screen industry whānau! It’s that time of year again—our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up, and we’d love for you to join us.
This past year has been full of big shifts in New Zealand’s screen industry, from navigating post-strike impacts to adapting to changing funding landscapes and the new government’s approach to the arts. Now more than ever, it’s essential to gather, share insights, and contribute to the future of our industry.
The AGM is open to all FAI members, and it's an ideal time to:
- Ask questions about what’s next for our industry
- Share your ideas for the direction of the FAI
- Nominate someone (or yourself!) for a role on the board
In addition to the AGM business, we’re excited to welcome Matt Horrocks (Screen Auckland Manager) who will discuss key topics impacting our industry in Tāmaki Makaurau. He’ll provide insights into the Auckland Screen Taskforce (AST), current industry pipeline and activity, Sites and Places of Significance, and much more. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear about the latest developments shaping our screen industry.
After the formalities, stick around to reconnect with familiar faces and make new connections over some warm food and a drink on us. It’s a perfect chance to relax, chat, while catching up with industry peers.
